Издатели - Ассоциации морских торговых портов (АСОП) и ФГУП «Росморпорт». Журнал выходит 10 раз в год под эгидой Морской коллегии при Правительстве РФ и при поддержке Федерального агентства морского и речного транспорта (Росморречфлот) Минтранса России. Заявленный тираж – 7,5 тыс. экземпляров.

Our Editor-in-Chief is Angelo Scorza. He is an Economics graduate from Genoa University with a Master's in Maritime Studies from Cardiff University (UK). As a specialised journalist of maritime economics and transports, he has been cooperating with national papers and magazines since 1993. Angelo Scorza is also the official Italian correspondent for a number of international shipping, transports and logistics publications.The editorial office, headquartered in a 14th century mansion at Via Felice Romani 8/2A in Genoa, consists of skilled reporters and professional photographers, who work in synergy with the main national and international magazines. A wide number of correspondents in the main seaports, in the hub centres for trade and logistics in Italy, as well as in some foreign countries, collaborate to ensure the full territorial coverage and supervision of the market.
