An international maritime expert Mr. Alexey Malko is a business owner and an organizer of the annual International Maritime Business Forum & Exhibition SIMBF.
He was born on 04 August 1979, in Sevastopol, USSR and has two higher educations and PhD degree in economics in progress.
In 2001 he graduated from St. Petersburg Naval Institute on speciality engineer-navigator.
In 2005 he finished studying in the Academy of the Armed Forces as a Military Observer of the United Nations.
In 2012 graduated from the Donetsk National University of Economy and Trade as a marketer.
Since 2013 Mr. Alexey has been studying for a PhD degree in maritime economics.
Mr. Malko started to organize MICE events on a post of a Chief Protocol & Welfare Officer in the United Nations Mission in Western Sahara (MINURSO) in 2006.
Scientific papers:
More than 10 scientific and practical works of Alexey about economics and business of ship repair and shipbuilding companies and clusters were published in the most famous industry journals in Russia and Ukraine.
Expert activity:
1. As an expert of European Union projects, regarding development and diversification of the Crimean and Sevastopol ship repair and shipbuilding cluster + maritime transport development in 2012 - 2013.
2. As an expert of Russian government and private projects and programs, regarding the development of the Crimean and Sevastopol ship repair and shipbuilding clusters, shipping and economics of Russian regions in 2014-2019.
